To ensure a relaxing and serene environment, we kindly ask:
Children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the spa.
Guest aged 13-17 must be accompanied by an adult during their appointment.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation. Late arrivals will result in a shortened service to avoid delaying the next guest.

We understand that things come up, but we kindly ask for advance notice if you need to adjust your appointment:
No-Call, No Show: A fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to the card on file.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: Any changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
All cancelations and reschedules must be made more than 24 hours out from your scheduled appointment to avoid incurring fees.

Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any medical conditions, allergies, or specific needs. This allows us to tailor your experience and ensure your safety.

Comfort is key! You may wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. For certain treatments, you may be provided with a robe or disposable undergarments for privacy or sanitation purposes.

We highly recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure availability. Walk-ins are welcome but are subject to availability.

We are a cashless business. We only accept major credit/debit cards, apple pay, google pay, and gift certificates. Gratuity is appreciated and added to your digital payment.

For nail care appointments, you are more than welcome to supply your own nail polish if you have a specific color you would like to use.
However, for the safety and effectiveness of our treatments, we do not allow clients to bring in their own skincare products. Our staff is professionally trained on the high-quality products we carry in-house, ensuring the best experience and results for our guests.
